NIR =RATEPRO= Tools and WC RATE SURVEY

	These 6 tips are proven to work and should get you through just about any issue:

	1. You can have your UserID and other credentials sent to you email by clicking on the
	    ‘Forgot Sign-in Info’ link located just below the ‘Sign-In’ button.
	    Enter your account email only.

	2. If you find yourself landing on the ‘Remote Access’ screen from your usual work computer:
	    Your computer has a profile. It changes from time to time. Nothing you do about it.
	    When the profile changes you land at the ‘Remote Access’ screen.
		a. Click on the second radio button;
		b. Enter the required info (see #1. if you don’t have it);
		c. If the info cannot be verified, try, try, try again. Be extra careful when entering
    		    the challenge answer, it’s caSe sENsiTivE.
		    If you are positive you’re putting it in perfectly and still -no-…try a space at the
		    end…it just may have happened unintentionally when you activated.
		d. When you get through, you’ll be able to activate again. Then your profile will be
		    reset and you don’t land on the ‘Remote Access’ screen anymore…till the next
		    time your profile changes.

	3. You land on the ‘Remote Access’ screen from a different computer than your usual work
	    computer: The profile of this different computer is not recognized so you land here.
		a. Leave the first radio checked as it is.
		b. Enter the required info (see #1. if you don’t have it);
		c. If the info cannot be verified, try, try, try again. Be extra careful when entering the
		    challenge answer, it’s caSe sENsiTivE.
		    If you are positive you’re putting it in perfectly and still -no-…try a space at the
		    end…it just may have happened unintentionally when you activated.
		d. When you get through, you will land on the ‘Your Services’ screen.

	4. You get an ACCESS DENIED! Screen: See #1. Above.

	5. You don’t get the email when you try to Activate:
		a. Check your Junk Email folder.
		b. Ask your Email Server admin to (white-list) allow emails from the @ratepro.net
		    domain, and check for any caught in the server and/or firewall spam filter.

	6. Be sure you are using the email address that your ACCOUNT MANAGER used to set up your
	    account.
